Please enter your library card number without spaces. This is a 14-digit number. You must have a valid PINES Library Card in order to reserve the room. In addition, your card account must be in good standing as any damage caused by the user's meeting will result in charges being placed on the user's account.

Subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be reserved up to one month in advance of the scheduled date. Due to unforeseen events, the Library reserves the right to cancel any pre-scheduled meeting. This will not be done lightly but it is inevitable that complications will arise from time to time.
There are presently no time restrictions or limitations on the use of the room. However, the meeting room will close twenty minutes prior to the closing of the Library facility.

Please note that the number of attendees shall be limited to the maximum capacity as determined by the Fire Department. Seating is available to no more than twelve (12) individuals.
